People this property is in major arrears of taxes .theres never anyone there to answer the phone or on site to take payment ... They lock your unit and force you to pay late fees when you do finally catch someone there or they by chance answer the phone ... Rented there since 2006 ... emptied my unit the other day and will never rent there again.... Update : after requesting my deposit back I get a bs story that the previous manager had noted that he had given my security deposit back to me .... Why the F#$k would someone return your security deposit if you are still renting from them .... Again another bs story from them .... I'll be seeing them in court
Horrible, the management here is horrible. The manager here is so unprofessional,rude and not helpful at all. There's no-one ever onsite. The number they have she answers whenever she feels like it. It's been two months and they haven't mailed my security deposit. And, everytime I go or call she never opens the door nor answer my phone calls. If you ask me they're thiefs. Don't never,ever do your business here. It would be your biggest mistake.....!!!
I would not recomend useing this place. Ever sence new managment took over they dont kw how to run a bussiness. They are never in the office they never anser the phone, and be aware that once u move ur stuff out of storage they still call u asking when are u going to make a payment even tho u dont have a storage unit anymore then ontop of all that they never gave me back my deposit fee that i had to put up and iam still fighting them to get that back. So if your looking for a storage unit for your stuff i would find anouther place.
This is the worst, most unprofessional, filthy establishment I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. The ghetto office woman never called back when she said she would, never showed up when she said she would, and stole my $50 security deposit when I followed all Florida laws and never broke contract.
Used to be great before new management "took over". Now you can't get anyone to answer the phone. They also lock you out of your building whether you pay your bill or not. Convenience was great. But not if you can't access it. Find another place to put your stuff.
